We go through everything in the house, cleaning, organizing, pricing, and displaying items for sale on site. We set up the house strategically to promote both sales and security. Our services can include cleanup after the sale, leaving the house swept clean and ready to be put on the market. 

When there are not enough items to supply an entire estate sale, or if the location is not conducive to a sale, we may offer to consign or purchase items outright. We will advise you of your options during our free consultation.  

What should I do first? 

First, and most importantly, do not throw anything away! The only things to get rid of are personal papers, bank books, bills, statements, letters, cards, or other sensitive personal items. We aim to sell everything in the house from high ticket items to items priced as low as $0.25. The more items you leave in the house, the larger your proceeds will be from the sale.
